Certified Transmission did a great job of replacing my transmission and transfer case. Though the repairs were costly, the staff were honest and upfront about what the costs would be. They worked with my schedule and even had me come back for a free follow up check!

Have a 2019 vehicle that is notorious for transmission issues. After passing on dealer because of lengthy time to get an appointment I was recommended to Certified. Got my vehicle in immediately, took the time to understand my description and elaborate on the details. Recommended the fix and had me back on the road in 2 days. I went in there dreading the outcome, instead walked away relieved and extremely happy with the customer service and the work on my vehicle. Price was extremely fair compared to what I was quoted from the dealer. Above and beyond my expectations. I have to mention, Aaron Lautt was helpful, friendly and very professional.

Great experience here even though my transmission isn't one that could be worked on. Aaron was super professional and courteous. Never felt like I was being jerked around like at most other car places. Would recommend!
