I can't say enough good things about Cardin Wellness! Dr. Heather has saved me from getting Diabetes! I was considered pre-diabetic by my family physician but she never gave me good ideas about how to combat that diagnosis (other than telling me to eat a low carb diet). Dr. Heather not only suggested I check my blood sugar regularly, she gave me the name of a pharmacy that gave me a free kit! I now check my sugar morning, night and after eating to make sure my blood sugar is in check.
