Bock's Steam Star did a TERRIFIC job. We had many unsightly stains on our office hallway carpets, as well as our lobby and main conference room. I honestly didn't think they could get those stains removed. But they removed them ALL! I was very pleasantly surprised. And the cost was very reasonable.

They came out to provide a quote for a whole house carpet cleaning. The gentleman went over everything thoroughly and the quote was lower than I expected! We were having photos taken of the house in a few days to put it up for sale so we needed the carpets cleaned asap. Bock’s were able to squeeze us in that afternoon and did a wonderful job. We were very pleased how nice the carpets looked and they were able to get out a few tough stains that I was worried about. Everyone at Bock’s were courteous and it was a pleasure working with them!

The guys that came out from Bock's Steam Star to clean my carpets were great! They called about 20 minutes before the appointment to tell me they were on their way, showed up promptly, and were friendly and professional. We did a walk-through of the house and I pointed out some areas I was concerned about, including an area my dog had been sick. They went over that area with a black light so we could really see what was in the carpet. We went over some different options I could add on, and there was absolutely zero pressure.
