I was very impressed with the response time and willingness to work our rabbit it. Then the updated phone calls throughout the day were wonderful! I never worried if he was in good hands.

Phenomenal staff and so helpful in assisting me in saying goodbye to my 14 year old rabbit. They were patient and caring through the whole process. Losing a pet is always hard and they did an outstanding job. Would definitely recommend this place to someone with small/ exotic pets.

They went above and beyond to help us with our bird. They got us into see the doctor the same day. They even helped me carry our bird in from the car and back to the car because I was unable to carry the cage at that time. They are an amazing team to work with.
