Luther walked us through every aspect of this endeavor...from the insurance adjuster, to the insurance paperwork, to the design and quality of the shingles and the guttering. He kept in close contact with the garage door company to ensure that we were taken care of from that aspect. I never felt like any question that I had was out of line or redundant.
