If anyone needs roof repair, I strongly recommend 435 Roofing. Lloyd (the younger one) was just at my home, fixed two leaks from bathroom vents that weren't caulked properly and for which I paid next to nothing as it took just half an hour. Friendly, accurate, great communication: Great people!

435 Roofing just completed our job. 5 Star and would be more if possible. Great communication through the process. Cleanup they went above and beyond. Highly recommend! Our neighbors roof used another company....Our roof was completed and cleaned up by 4 pm. The neighbors roof wasn't finished until 6 pm the following day!
