I have been getting my hair cut & colored for many years now at Donna's Diamond Cuts. She takes great pride and care with her regular customers. When you find someone you like, that understand how to cut your hair, stick with them. Last summer I took my granddaughter in to have her hair foiled and cut. She had created quit a mess of her long thick locks. Donna took the time to condition it and add the highlights that she wanted. It look so much healthier when we left (2 hours later). Donna is interested in keeping downtown Ottawa vital. She supports local businesses. I would recommend her to anyone who does not already have a regular beautician or has not found that right someone to take care of their hair needs.
