Why is it impossible to find a decent place to get a simple haircut these days. Checked my son in online and it said a 53 minute wait and to arrive by 10:19am. Cool! Okay but when we arrived (on time) we waited an extra 40 minutes. There are 3 stylist in the store at this time but only one doing hair the other gal was stocking supplies and the other I am assuming is new as she was just handing out by the register. They call my son and in the middle of his hair cut the 3 stylist start bickering over who check out whom and it got to the point where the stylist who was working on my son stopped and walked up fron to help resolve the conflict. Had a great experience getting my haircut here. I am out of town for an internship here in KC and Alexa did a tremendous job cutting my hair and crafting a professional look for me.

Be very careful when stylists offer ANY type of service, since they will charge you without disclosing that the service they perform is something they will charge for, it’s a bit of a dirty tactic but make them answer you about charges since anything they do outside of a simple haircut will cost extra.
