“I was needing a new place for a hair refresh, and I wanted to give Platinum a try because I had heard good things about the salon. I called to make an appointment with whomever happened to have availability at the time I was looking for, and it happened to be Karlie.I was nervous to go into the appointment having had no personal experience with either the salon or stylist, but I was BLOWN AWAY by Karlie!! We talked through what I wanted, I showed her a couple inspiration photos, and she took it from there. During my service (2.5 hours - I have a LOT of hair), she was incredibly easy to talk to, kept me in the know about the balayage process, and made me feel very comfortable.The salon as a whole was beautiful, clean, and had a welcoming, relaxing vibe to it. “I was super nervous to get my first Brazilian Wax. As a 36 year old I have never waxed down there only shaved. I hate shaving and I have very sensitive skin. Donna was so cool and calm with me and made what could be an awkward experience mentally comfortable. There is only so much one could do about the pain. Though it did hurt in many spots. For being my first time I would do it again ?“
“Casual dine in restaurant with something for everyone. Greeted with friendly staff. I ordered Ceasar salad and French onion soup, my husband ordered a burger with onion rings. All food ordered arrived hot and cooked as requested. The only thing we didn't like was not being offered a menu until we asked. Then we were told they were pushing the online app for ordering. They were happy to provide one, but the option should have been provided when seated so as to save us some time. Overall good experience.“
