Absolutely stellar experience. Had major damage to an exterior supporting wall on a Thursday night. Solid Rock had the whole thing put back together good as new by Sunday morning- working all the way through the weekend. Joseph is everything you could ask for in a contractor -- is a good communicator, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and he knows the right person for every job imaginable, so we can hire one person to oversee all our remodeling projects. We discovered Joseph and Solid Rock at the home show this past spring.They installed new wood oak flooring and refinished the existing wood floors.They did a fantastic job on all of the floors. They look great.Showed up on time and performed the services that they were contracted for. The project ended up taking longer than expected once they were underway. Fortunately we were able to work the schedule out.Here is one item they could improve on:Have a dedicated superintendent on the jobsite daily to handle any issues which arise. There was an issue with the plumbing which I had to call an outside company to come and fix. I shouldnt have had to contact anyone to come take...read full review
