Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

On 5-28-24, our water heater began leaking, I reached out to roto-rooter after the service provider suggested by my home warranty provider failed to contact me after 48 hours. Roto-rooter took my call and I had a service representative at my home within two hours. Roto-rooter's service representative was very professional and gave us an estimate for the repairs that evening. The next morning, he showed up in a timely manner and got right to work. By the end of 5-31-24 my new water heater is in and working as it should. If in the future I have any further need of a plumbing nature, I will be reaching out to Roto-rooter.Job well done, BrandonRalph and Mary Davis

Skyler was very kind and professional. He looked at the issue we were having and was able to confirm what the issue was. We are going to try and fix it ourselves for now, but it's nice to know that we have a trusted company to fall back on if we need it.All our toilet needs is the wax ring to be replaced.The company is usually more expensive than others, but they are airways very quick and professional. They are definitely worth it.

We recently moved back into our house after it had been torn down to the basement and rebuilt. Right away the grinder pump started making an awful noise. Joe discovered that our grinder pump was filled with gravel and other debris, causing it to sound like it was eating rocks every time it ran. Joe cleaned out and resealed the pump. He determined that the debris had gotten in the pipes at the time of the teardown.Couple days later I could hear frequent rushing of water.
