I am still dealing with issues caused from their transition from Olathe Jeep to whatever new company they are now. I was misquoted by an Ed Taylor, when I called back they said he no longer worked there. No one took accountability just told me my file was transferred to an Alexis who scheduled all my repairs but said I had to wait for months because they were "booked out". Waited for months for my appt to finally arrive, only to receive a call a few days prior that the Collision Center had been "Bought Out" and they had to cancel everyone's appts. Now my Roof and Visor STILL have yet to be fixed. Im having the hardest time finding a location that can do the repairs and...read full review

I wish there was no stars to give. I recently had an experience where they came in and bought our company with the slogan "nothing's going to change!" Well everything did change. They have operating systems that are almost impossible to navigate. They are rude to fellow employees. Then came in and fired multiple people that have been there for YEARS because of our past. There goes the "this is a place to better yourself" If you see RML on any business you are applying for, run for God sakes, these guys just ruined good people's lives.
