I have used Pride for more than 10 years, during that time multiple men's dress shirts have been torn/ripped, always around the front collar area. The store manager told me that the shirt was old and that is why it ripped and it has happened on around 10 shirts (his words) over the last 1.5 years. I tried pointing out a simple fact that I brought a shirt in that was intact and was returned a shirt with a rip in the collar, clearly done in their laundry/press process. I have been laundering shirts for around 30 years and this is the only place I have experienced this phenomenon of ripping around the collars.
