James came to our residence at the A/C wasn't working. He looked inside the indoor unit and looked at the outdoor unit. He asked me to smell the outfoor unit as the fan wasn't running and he said it smelled hot. There was no smell of it being hot. James then told me the compressor probably burned up as the fan wasn't cycling and we needed a new units both inside and outside. He said someone would call me to discuss. While waiting, I decided I needed a second opinion. I called Mr. Plumber, Inc who was highly recommend. Jesse came out and replaced the capacitor. Polestar came to the rescue! We called about a no heat situation which caused us to have frozen water lines. They told us their technicians were working around the clock due to the freezing temperatures that Kansas City has been experiencing. They showed up at our home around 3am and had our heat back on and the water running in a couple of hours. This company has helped our family many times and they have been there for our relatives and friends in the past as well. I cannot say enough good things about them.
