They were respectable and allowed me time to process. Due to my personal chosen timing, They had the abilities to make the funeral Available for people out of town online. I was able to relay what the person wanted for their funeral as They wanted their child to feel loved and show how many people loved them. And They allowed us to express it that way.
As my husband and I finally got around to making prearrangements for our funerals, we toured several funeral homes in the area. For us, choosing Penwell-Gabel in Olathe was an easy decision. Their crematory is on site. Their building is bright, modern and comfortable - the type of environment we believe will make our family most comfortable when the time comes. Heather, in particular, was wonderful to work with. She seemed genuinely interested in crafting plans to satisfy what is most important to us; she was very clear in outlining associated costs; and she made the process of finalizing the arrangements very easy.
