knowledgeable, clean, and pleasant to work with! We are always satisfied with their services!!
this was a scheduled spring air conditioner check, Jordan was the tech, he was very knowledgeable and very courteous. He made a recommendation to add a part to the a/c unit to extend the life of the unit. I am very satisfied with this company.
Received several calls from One Hour to schedule appt and then they were flexible and pleasant about rescheduling when I had conflicts on two occasions. Blake the technician was prompt, knowledgeable, efficient, and informative. Gave advice for longevity of the AC without pressure. I’ll continue to use One Hour!
