Problems with furnace. Scott was wonderful and explained everything fully from process and pricing. Answered every question. Travis and Noah (the installers) were extremely professional and enjoyable. They didn't hestate to explain what they were doing and answer my stupid (?) questions. I fully recommend using this company for any HVAC problems you might encounter. Great people!! 5-plus!!!
Javier came to our home to conduct put bi annual maintence. We needed to replace our system. We even received an upgrade free of charge! That never happens! We knew it was coming. And everyone was helpful. Scheduling was quick and easy. Adam and his team came out to complete the new install. They were professional and cleaned up after themselves. Adam thoroughly explained our new system and thermostat. While One Hour may not be the cheapest, their customer service and warranty far surpass other companies.
