Katrina employs those same types of techniques to give you relief, getting to the root of your problems even when you don’t realize your pain is actually a symptom of pain that started elsewhere. She intuitively finds problem spots. I went in for help with a bad back strain, and she not only gave me the first relief I’d found in 2 weeks of trying everything else, she also helped with tightness in my legs I wasn’t aware of, and I practically went skipping out of our appointment! They listen to you and review everything, work extremely well together to provide the best course of action. Don’t get me wrong, you have to do your part too (doing exercises). If you don’t, PT will not work. It’s a two-way system, you and your therapist.“
