Kinny's lazy, zero pride in workmanship plumbers decided to balance our three-legged pump/grinder on this piece of asphalt from road construction. A piece eventually came off and destroyed our $250 pump. If you're building, make sure they don't use this piece of crap outfit.

Very rude. Incorrect price quote. Drove on the wrong side of the road at a gas station and watched them flip a kid off and follow him. Extremely unprofessional and when they think no one is watching extremely childish.

If building a home in the Kansas City area, do yourself a favor and check that your builder does NOT have a contract with Kinney's plumbing. Their work is horrendous. For example, when installing our garbage disposal, the guy threw all the plastic parts and garbage that the disposal came in into the disposal instead of a trash can. Needless to say it broke our disposal. The worst part is trying to get them to come & fix anything during warranty time because you will have to deal with their RUDE receptionist when you call them. I cannot tell you how many times I was told that "we weren't an emergency." Heads up -- if you aren't an emergency to them it will take them OVER 2 MONTHS to schedule. No thank you. We payed a plumber vs. waiting to get the free warranty work done. Money well spent so we didn't have to deal with this beyond rude company of sub-par plumbers.
