I like that I can sign in online and they have my cut-style in the computer so I dont have to explain it every time. The only drawbacks are I have a different stylist everytime so the quality of the cut varies.

Immediately when I walked in I was greeted with “no drinks in here”. They also have signs about not being able to stand next to your children while they’re getting their haircut and only being allowed to stand on the carpet to watch your child.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE and I am getting it fixed today! I’m not sure why a simple trim/cut was so hard. “Jules” cut off over 6” of my hair when it was only supposed to be 2” (to my collar bone) I showed her a picture and showed her where I wanted my hair to be. Not only was it cut extremely short and above my shoulders it is so uneven I can’t believe how terrible it looks. The front is shorter and the back is longer. She cut it in 4 sections and cut half of each section then dropped the other part and cut it. My hair is thick you can’t do that.
