I like that I can sign in online and they have my cut-style in the computer so I dont have to explain it every time. The only drawbacks are I have a different stylist everytime so the quality of the cut varies.

*Another update, I have yet to be contacted even though when I talk to customer service on the phone they verified the Great Clips was told all the information.*My son went in for a haircut and when he was done, his hair was literally still wet ....

The hair stylist where very nice but they did a horrific job on my son's hair cut. So bad that we had to go in and try to get it fixed but we ended up having to give him a buzz cut. He was so upset since he had been growing his hair out for over half the year and within 10min all of his work with his hair went down the drain... Very upsetting for my son.
