I've generally had positive experiences at Eye Associates with the staff. My eye doctor is absolutely amazing every time, she's extremely kind and patient. There is however a newer male staff in the office (or at least unfamiliar to me) that is professional but impolite. I felt very rushed in the process and the experience with him was extremely impersonal. He was not as upbeat and friendly as the ladies in the office and he barely greeted me upon my arrival, just told me sit down and someone would be with me. staff is always friendly and helpful. Dr Buchbaum is the best! she has always been able to correct my vision and cam get in quickly when there is a problem. she is very sweet and caring

I was checked in, had all initial testing done and was seen by the Dr. The Dr. explained everything as we went along and was very thorough and professional. This was a great experience and I was very pleased.
