Stephen was amazing and went above beyond explaining things to me. I got an oil change and I didn’t feel pressured to buy other things. He explained what I was needing and why it was important. His customer service is amazing. He is a great asset to have to the company. My 8 year old said she had fun going with me to get an oil change if that gives you any idea of how the atmosphere was.
My first time using this company for an oil change. I was very impressed! Was in and out in about ten minutes. Olivia was the best! She was extremely friendly, polite and helpful. I will be back
Great service, friendly, and fast. I went there (I actually always go there and no one else,) on Wednesday. I did not catch his name, but he was very apologetic for my wait time (it was only like 20 minutes or so, no big deal,) and the female technician was very knowledgeable and personable. Both deserve an attaboy or a kudos or something. In the line of customer service, not many are told they're doing a great job but yet they keep going and do great work day in and day out. Please give them my thanks for their professionalism and dedication to their craft. Awesome experience!
