The kindest staff I've ever met. Dr. Knappenberger really explained what was going on without making me feel stupid or silly for wanting to know in depth details. He provided us with our options and listened to our concerns and fears with such compassion. Every staff member we encountered was also incredibly kind. The way they handled my baby Niko not only before but also after his passing brings me such comfort knowing he felt safe and peaceful and loved when he went. I've got 2 more ferrets who have finally found their forever vet here. Thank you again. ?

I was seen on time and the appointment was very thorough. Dr. Knappenberger took the time to review notes from past vets, from 2 different states. I appreciate being heard and able to ask all of my questions. Our senior mini schnauzer has a lot going and all her issues were addressed. Front desk staff was very nice. Thank you.
