Showed up when expected. Repaired hot water heater(which we called them for) faster than expected. And as sort of a "BTW" as the tech was about to walk out the door, solved and fixed a kitchen sink hot water pressure issue which has been a problem for us for the last seven years. Tech was professional, courteous, exceptionally knowledgeable, and generally, just a really nice guy. These guys are GOOD! NGM

I've had them out 4 times in the past year and they have been fantastic every single time. This last time was for a frozen water line and they went above and beyond to help us get the issue safely resolved.

Fast, courteous, reasonably priced service, and a local company. Definitely recommend.

Contacted several local plumbers to fix leaking shower; the one company who made free diagnosis quoted an insanely high price ($500+) for changing out the cartridge while another quoted upfront fees ($99) that wouldn't be considered part of labor! Bill's Plumbing Service had a very reasonable diagnosis fee that they included in the labor if work proceeded. Pat, the gentleman who showed up, was very professional and courteous. In the end, got both our showers fixed for a very very reasonable price.
