Wayne and Chester were really helpful in fixing our dishwater and explained the part that needed repairing. They communicated well and also quickly ran out to get the needed part so we could start using our Bosch dishwasher again!

Our dryer's heating element broke, and these guys were out within a day to fix it. Our family's laundry is running constantly, so this was a potentially huge problem.
Then, due to user error, I screwed up our dryer again within 3 weeks. The same service professional (Sean) showed up and showed me what I needed to do to keep this from happening in the future (gotta clean the exhaust - I'm an idiot).
I can't recommend these guys enough. From the phone operator to Sean, they were professional, courteous, quick, and reasonable. Importantly, they stand behind their work. Would 10/10 recommend.

Appliance Shark and Joey are exceptional. The service in the store was great, delivery was earlier than expected which was wonderful. Taking away our broken frig and bringing in the new one and setting it up was all done very well. Thank you Appliance Shark!
