My usual vet was being completely unresponsive regarding my pet’s medication. Newton Animal Hospital not only provided us with what we needed the same day, but went as far as to step in and contact our usual vet directly to help resolve the communication issues our usual vet was posing. If it weren’t for them, our dog would still be completely unsettled and unwell, but Newton Animal Hospital’s quick reaction and communication changed that for us. We will certainly be switching here after the positive experience we had with them today.
Great service and friendly staff. Called in to get my cat checked out and was able to get in the same morning. I would definitely highly consider coming back for future needs and my other pets. 😊👍🏽
I have been taking all my pups here for 12 years. Dr. Tonn is our main vet but have had to use every vet due to emergencies and every vet has been great to work with! I rescued an adult pit mix. When I brought him in he was very timid and tense. Instead of immediately reaching for a muzzle (which I even said would be ok if necessary since I didn’t know the dogs past) Dr. Tonn instead sat on the floor with a bag of treats and patiently took his time to gain trust and made it through the appointment with no issues. I even lived in Wichita for 4 years and still hauled my Great Danes to Newton in my tiny Ford Focus for all their visits because I love this office/doctors....read full review
