I've had other counselors who've helped me in the past. But, Elizabeth has helped me the most of any counselor I've ever had. I've learned incredibly helpful skills that have improved my depression and how I interact with virtually every part of my life.

I greatly appreciate the counseling services that Elizabeth Friesen provided.I've struggled with depression for over 40 years and with anxiety periodically. Ms. Friesen was simply the most effective therapist (of more than a dozen) with whom I have worked.She listened carefully and with compassion. She seemed to have knack for hearing beyond what I was saying. She asked hard questions, and pushed me to look more deeply into my feelings and my habitual ways of thinking.
