Jenn P at Vin Solutons is the best I have ever worked with, Any company can sell a product but its the service after the sale that brings value. She solved my problems and taught me how to use my platform better.
For years Dealer's have been kicking and screaming for a company that can provide an "All In One" solution. From the beginning of the customer's journey online with Dealer.Com, AutoTrader, and Kelley Blue Book, to the end of the sale with DealerTrack and even beyond that the CRM actually talks to SERVICE with the solution called Xtime. ONE COMPANY PROVIDING EVERYSOLUTION AND THEN BACKING IT UP WITH NO CONTRACTS AND NO PRICE INCREASES.
I at first had nothing but great things to say about this company until I applied and interviewed for them. The quality of service you get from this company is fantastic for the value. However, don't expect to like who is working behind the scenes for you.
