My old furnace started acting up in the middle of winter. I was so frantic I finally found a company called ultra heating and cooling that came out and assisted me. Axel was so excellent and professional he told me exactly what was wrong with my system and also fixed it at a price that I could afford. He also gave me advice that I would be needing a new furnace in the near future. Axel was not pushy and he did not try to upsell me on anything but he gave me his genuine expert advice of what I needed to do in the future.
