Despite her long-standing business experience, I cannot ascertain her competence or trustworthiness. I consistently visited her salon and raised my hair loss concerns. However, she would perm my entire head every time I experienced hair growth, neglecting to only perm the new growth. This continuous negligence resulted in permanent damage to my scalp. Whenever I expressed concerns about my hair loss, she attributed it solely to stress. She is very good at convincing women who are desperate to manage their hair to continue perming, as it generates more revenue for her. I would like to share that the owner of this salon honked at me while I had my door open in an empty parking lot in front of her business. I was waiting for a friend who was using a neighboring service in the same shared parking lot and reviewing information for my job peacefully, while minding my own business. The parking lot was once again empty, and she wanted to closest spot to her door. I parked in an empty section of this parking lot to avoid being in anyone's way. The night before my appointment, I realized a $75 service was added to my appointment so I reached out to Cherhea asking why as I did not book the service. She responded with “Good evening yes it wasn't added to your service” word for word. In fact, I copied and pasted that message from our text thread. The service added, was not a The service added, was not a necessary service, it was a “shampoo and style”.
