I have not been able to visit yet, but look forward to in the future. My daughter takes adult classes and thoroughly enjoys them. I’m happy to see her find something she loves while getting a workout and little break from her baby. I will have to visit to watch her soon.
Nice and family friendly environment, both for beginner and advanced martial arts classes. Unlike many Dojos, this is very open and welcoming to adult beginners. Provides an excellent source of learning self-defense and exercise.
I have been taking classes for the last month. I signed up because I wanted to do something for myself and challenge myself after having a baby. Sensei Brown is so helpful as well as all of the staff. I look forward to learning more and highly recommend!
