I recently treated myself to a spa day at this salon, and it was the best decision I ever made. From the luxurious treatments to the impeccable service, every moment was pure bliss. It's like a little slice of heaven right in the heart of the city.
I've been a loyal client of this salon for years, and for good reason. The staff are not only skilled professionals but also genuinely friendly and welcoming. Plus, the results are consistently excellent – I wouldn't trust anyone else with my nails!
First of all, we (three of us) called and hour before Pow! Nails closed for the night. They graciously said they had time for us to come in. And because they were busy, they ended up having to stay late for us. They never once made us feel like we were an inconvenience, and still took their time with us to make sure we were happy with their service. They recommended colors they thought would look best, AFTER we asked. Overall, I was very impressed with their service, pricing and professionalism.
