I have only worked with LPC as a tenant (they are contracted by my property management) so I can't speak to pricing/etc but Samir and his team are truly wonderful. Diligent, patient, and very communicative. I have a recurring wildlife issue in my attic, and due to delayed maintenance on my roof, Samir and Henry are back every couple days to reset traps, keep an eye on camera footage, and adjust as needed. I always feel taken care of by them, which is appreciated when you're trying to evict chonky possums.
