I knew we were in good hands with Dr. Hunkeler at Eye care for animals. She and her staff kept me up-to-date about the whole procedure for my boxer from start to finish. Very confident in the care we were given.
Dr. Hunkler and the team could not have been better. I have gotten a chance to interact with both Nikki and Courtney, vet techs. They were both so supportive. I cannot say enough positive things about how we were treated. Dr. Hunkler is a brilliant and kind vet. She is the best. I have forgotten the name of the woman who checked us in but she was also so caring. Thank to all for helping us through a very difficult time.
I appreciated the fact that we were worked in as an emergency without a prior appointment. The doctor and her assistant were very tender and careful not to hurt my dog during the exam. She didn't try to paint an overly rosy picture of my dog's eye condition, and she was frank about the costs of surgeries. I liked her directness about those matters. I will rely on her expertise as I consider what treatment plan to follow for my dog.
