James came to our residence at the A/C wasn't working. He looked inside the indoor unit and looked at the outdoor unit. He asked me to smell the outfoor unit as the fan wasn't running and he said it smelled hot. There was no smell of it being hot. James then told me the compressor probably burned up as the fan wasn't cycling and we needed a new units both inside and outside. He said someone would call me to discuss. While waiting, I decided I needed a second opinion. I called Mr. Plumber, Inc who was highly recommend. Jesse came out and replaced the capacitor. James was polite and explained everything he needed to do. He was timely and called to let me know he and his partner were on their way. The young man with me him was equally polite and informative. Good job done by all.
