I just had carpet replaced with luxury vinyl tile in 2 bedrooms. I looked around and just happened to see an article on Floor Coverings International. Ryan Hartman and team were by far the best business I came across. The vinyl tile was ordered quickly and installed professionally. The installer was prompt, worked quickly and cleaned up perfectly. I highly recommend Ryan and team!
Easy yes for me to use Ryan. I am not a carpet expert (like many) so Ryan gave clear answers to my questions and great recommendations. He saved me a fair amount of money by getting me the product that made sense for me instead of coercing me to spend more. I trust and value his work. His crew installed the carpet quick and correctly. Nothing needed to be fixed. Glad I have a new go-to flooring contractor.
The process to get a new floor was easy from beginning to end. Ryan made the first visit and came prepared with samples of flooring and made appropriate suggestions. He worked with me to get a an installment time that fit my schedule. Payment was an uncomplicated procedure. Ryan followed up on his crew at their arrival and checked in with me when complete.
