APW was assigned to us by a home warranty company we just started using for a rental home we own. While it took a while for parts to come in (current supply chain issues everywhere), they've communicated thoroughly and have kept scheduled appointment times.Services: Faucet repair
I used this company to get a new furnace, AC and tankless water heater. Today, Doug came and did a complete humidifier service and blower cleaning w/duct cleaning. He did it quickly and made no mess at all. He also took care of some loose wires that were sitting on the furnace that I asked him about. I hadn't seen them before the last maintenance was done. Everyone I have had any dealings with at this company have been professional and courteous and they have done a great job at all times. Lawrence did a great job on my tankless water heater and water conditioner annual service maintenance. He took time to explain what he doing and give me suggestions in maintaining. I have been very happy with the installation last year of the tankless water heater and water softener and my first regular service to keep it working well.
