I can’t say enough positive things about Grace. She not only gives an amazing and relaxing massage, she also truly cares about your whole being. I suffer from low back issues, and she really zeroes in on my problem areas and explains what she is doing and why. I get to treat myself every few months with a massage by Grace and it is truly something I look forward to.

Elysium Studios is the best yoga experience I have had in 40 years. Having just moved to McPherson I am overwhelmed with gratitude for having found the calm, welcoming atmosphere that sets the tone for a meaningful practice. Yoga at Elysium is comprehensive, and the daily practices are varied and open to all levels. Grace is an amazing instructor and crafts thoughtfully planned lessons that stimulate growth in many aspects of my human experience beyond the physical aspect of yoga.

I went for a 30 minute massage with Grace. Grace took time to make sure to meet my needs and made me feel comfortable. She was friendly and professional. Very clean and relaxing! Will be back for sure.
