Extremely knowledgeable they went out of their way to help me and did not charge me an arm in the leg help me over the phone also had things ready. So I could pick them up in a rush
We have a 2 year old Chi mix and she became very ill over the course of a week or so. On the weekend it got worse and we were scared so we called Pony Express. They were able to help us right away and got our baby diagnosed and treated. Within a few days she was back to normal. We can't thank you enough for the compassion and professionalism!
They are always there for our animals and us! They are smart, compassionate, love your fur babies like family and charge very reasonable prices. Thank you all so much for taking care of our family
