ran out of siding so they used a plastic channel and flat gutter aluminum as far as I can tell. I can see light around doors when they are closed. when doors are closed I am unable to use the deadbolt. addressed this with Tony. No real resolve. he tried to file away the strike plate which did nothing but weaken the security of my home. I tried to hold my tounge for far to long. if Tony was on site during the project maybe it would have been better. the crew he had at the time needed direction but instead were left to do subpar work.
Tony and his workers have done several projects on rental property for me. Everything from siding, windows, and doors, he has done an excellent job. Highly recommend. Quality work at an affordable price!
Definitely 5 stars. I had a difficult project in 2017 that required coordination with the city, uncooperative tenants, a very old house and garage, extensive repair, fixing other contractor's mistakes, and several modifications as different problems were encountered. Tony finished the project on time and within budget . I had to trust him with hundreds of small decisions (as I was out of state) and he would always coordinate the big decisions and give great advice.
