We worked with Todd on a recent transaction and he was thorough, answered all questions we had, and provided a very informative report with coordinating photos. He was also very efficient with our time, which we appreciated. Highly recommend if you’re purchasing a home in the area!

Todd does a fantastic job! He’s well versed in home construction and covers all the issues thoroughly. I used to be a real estate agent in Manhattan and have moved to Wichita - I wish Todd served our area. It’s hard to find a knowledgeable home inspector.

Other reviews must have been with a different company as Todd’s walkthrough and insight into our property was the best we’ve experienced. He took the morning to show me anything I asked about on the property and explain what proper construction should have looked like. I highly recommend anyone using them for their own homes.
