I have nothing but great things to say about this place. The staff are so friendly and welcoming for starters. About two years ago, my cat was diagnosed with kidney disease and I can’t thank Dr. Anderson and everyone else involved for offering a solution for him to have a longer life with us. I feel like they really care about their patients and want the best for them. They also offer boarding for pets which I used here and there when I was out of town and they handled him very well. I truly trust this place and I recommend this place to anyone who wants nothing but the best care for their pets.
I have nothing but wonderful things to say about TimberCreek Veterinary Hospital. After growing overnight concerns with my cat based on her past medical history, TimberCreek was able to get my cat seen and examined via a drop-off appointment that same morning I called. As a new, unestablished client at their clinic, I am incredibly grateful for the staff's efforts to get my cat seen and cared for so quickly and efficiently. Dr. Lewis called me after examining my cat to discuss her findings, the treatment plan, and discharge instructions since I was unable to stay for the appointment due to my schedule. Always so good to work with. My dog is VERY nervous around new people/situations. Each time I bring him back he gets more and more comfortable. Last time I boarded him he even greeted them with a tail wag! The entire staff is very patient and does a great job.
