I've been very frustrated with my mobile home not holding temperature correctly. He was knowledgeable and honest; taking the time to talk with me about what we've been experiencing, and that our most likely culprit was a break in my thermal barrier. Now we can move forward with making our home more comfortable (and energy efficient)! Absolutely recommend using this company!

Patrick Butler is the best! Very knowledgeable and thorough on his inspections. Very upfront and takes his time explaining things so that even someone in my situation, as a first time home buyer, can understand them. The overall experience with Pat was great and I highly recommend him to anyone looking to have an inspection done!

My experience with Patrick Butler was that he is straight-forward, honest, and very thorough. As a military retiree, I was relieved to know that Pat was, also, a military retiree. Having that common ground added to my relief! His willingness to make himself available to communicate to my spouse in the event I couldn't remember any certain aspects of the inspection was very welcomed! Thanks for providing me and my wife with the knowledge of what we are heading into as first time home buyers!
