Staff are all very friendly, technicians are knowledgeable and responsive. Had a small issue with the heater and the tech team came by next day and fixed it right away. John and Rene have been wonderful to work with.
Entire staff from front desk, to technicians, to owner…all a pleasure to do business with. We’ve been very pleased dealing with Standard from the smaller jobs we’ve needed help with to the replacement of our water heater, A/C and furnace. Technicians have been prompt, knowledgeable, and complete all jobs in a timely manor. We appreciate a business that’s trustworthy, friendly and truly knows what they are doing. Highly recommend!
Justin came on MLK Day in -10 degree weather. He spent an hour trouble shooting our heater, found the problem, took the blower to the shop and soldered the blown transistor himself. He got the unit up and running, we can't recommend Standard highly enough!
