“These folks knows how to work with 100+ years old houses. They are comfortable removing an old roof and I installing a new one around skylights, never ever make a scratch on your brand new paint, and even go very easy on your plants. I was never asked to not walk in and out of the house during the work. During part of the work there were no problems having the dogs out in the yard. I was never pushed to install ventilation not compatible with the set up of the house. The roof looks great and they are working with my insurer so I get my discount for installing impact resistant shingles. Working with them was super easy, I never was asked to sign releases for making my skylights leaky, damaging my new paint, etc., which other companies asked for. Bonus is the adorable puppy in the office when you sign stuff.Note that while the business was sold when the original owners retired, it was bought by former employees.
