Brice grew up in Westmoreland and is a Kansas State Alumni as of 2001 where he earned a degree in Horticulture & Business. Aside from a five-year residency in Colorado, he has always called the Manhattan area home! With growing up in the Manhattan area, he knows the community and the market very well.
