When I made the appointment, the original plan was getting me seen next Monday - which is pretty fast since I called around town everyone else had longer wait. Fortunately I was offered a same day appointment because there happened to be an empty spot - not expected service but lucky for me. The receptionists were super friendly and got my basics tests done really quickly and professionally. I then met Dr. Kristina Kennedy - she was awesome. Probably the best optometrist I have ever seen. She was very friendly, listened to my concerns, explained everything in detail, and even answered my side curiosity-driven questions regarding optometry. Dr. Kennedy was very very knowledgeable, 1000% sure know what she is doing. Her presence literally screams professionalism. She also made sure I understand that they offer and accommodate ER visits anytime when I needed, also went over ER signs to watch out for. The practice was not pushing or trying to sell me any products. They really respected my choices on shopping for glasses and contacts. This is exactly what a professional practice should be offering instead of straight up solutions - options to solutions. The pricing was reasonable as well. I didn't have insurance so I paid out of pocket. Parking was very available. Location was easy to access. I walked in this place hoping for 4/5 experience- they gave me 100/5 experience.“
