I've been going to Erin at my local barber shop for a year now, and I am always blown away by her skills! A lot of people talk down about Great Clips, I'm assuming because it's prices are fair (or "cheap" as others have said). However, I've been going to Great Clips solely for over five yeas now and outside of two or three minor occasions I have had a wonderful experience. The employees have always been polite, professional, honest and sociable. The price has always been great and the staff has always been above expectation.
