Steven did an excellent job reseating a toilet in my mother’s master bath. He was on time, very friendly and professional! I loved the text message prior to him showing up with his picture and name so I knew what he looked like and who he was prior to him walking through the door! Excellent job!
Originally posted on Google Reviews-- but I wanted to get it out there on this platform also--First, I want to thank the office staff and Tony and Austin for responding so quickly when our heater went out, while I was out of town and only my wife was home. The office staff was very professional, as always, and worked to get someone to our house immediately. Tony and Austin found the issue and immediately repaired it, restoring the heat to our house. We also decided to upgrade our system at that time, since we have been putting band-aids on a low quality system. Austin offered many options to fit any budget, thoroughly explaining each option to my wife and I over the phone and in person, going through the positives and negatives of each option. After we made our decision, we were immediately put on the schedule. Before I knew it Kevin and Amaris were there installing our new whole home heating, A/C, and HEPA filter system. I cannot express the professionalism displayed, the attention to detail and care they both took when installing the systems. They took the time to answer all of my questions, some I didnt even know I had. They explained how the new system works, and what we need to do as far as owner maintenance. Finally, they explained the features of the new Nuve smart thermostat and how it links directly to DeHart. I recommend DeHart to everyone I know that needs Plumbing, Heating, or A/C work done and will continue to do so. Thanks again to DeHart and we look forward to being customers for a long time.
